Are you driven by CHALLENGES and or COMPETITION???
If you answered yes then participate in our Fitness Challenge!!!
You will be required to monitor your progress and record your results for the specific exercise for that monthly challenge.
It is essential to book in to our end of Month Group Challenge where you will compete against fellow members. A Fitness Professional will observe and record your results.
